Iron Man Shoes
We find ourselves in the midst of Olympic Games fever once again.
Our top athletes are competing at the highest level and strive for
top honors in their chosen fields. Most of the older will remember
the rubber-soled plimsolls that were traditionally worn in PE lessons
throughout most schools in Europe. These were available in any color
you liked as long as it was black or white.
The modern man has a lot on his plate. The pressure to be good
at everything can seem daunting and overwhelming. As if having a
good job and raising well adjusted children wasn't tough enough,
they then add emotionally stable, good listener and sensitive. Well
time to add one more iron to the fire guys.
Grant Hill's Foot Problem. The Suns' 'Iron-man' Hill has been battling
a neuroma for years! There have been many people stirring online
wondering if Grant Hill needs surgery and what will it do to the
team. Is his career being threatened by this painful neuroma? Most
likely, the answer is no. The team will survive this troubling foot
condition and so will the iron man.
Contrary to what society would have one believe, women are not
flocking to the man with his pants at his ankles and 3lbs worth
of jewelry hanging from his ears, arms, and chest. Instead, women
typically prefer a man who looks as if he just stepped out of GQ
magazine -- the often overlooked neat and conservative fellow. However,
these neat and conservative dressers are oftentimes overshadowed
by the millions of men who commit fashion suicide on a daily basis.
Bill Bowerman was not seeking to build a financial fortune when
he inadvertently did so by achieving his real goal of seeking more
speed for his athletes. His Cortez shoes were the "alpha"
product that became the cornerstone for building one of the world's
great brands.
