Athletic Shoes
For many people the first type of shoe that we think of when considering
men's athletic shoes may well be tennis shoes or even a generic
cross training shoe. For others they may think of a basketball shoe,
it really depends upon your background. In reality this category
of footwear covers a wide variety of sport and recreational shoes
ranging from golf and basketball to soccer and running shoes.
Before you go into the shoe store, find out if you walk more on
the outside or inside of your feet (you can tell by looking at the
wear on an old pair of athletic shoes), and if you have high arches
or low arches. (Wet your feet and walk on a piece of paper to see
the outline of your feet. If the part of the foot between the heel
and ball appears thick, you may have low arches.) Tell the clerk
about these peculiarities of your feet.
As an athletically minded individual, I am extremely grateful for
the existence of modern athletic shoes (sometimes called tennis
shoes or sneakers). If you're ever bored, consider for a moment
what it would have been like to be a devotee of physical activity
100 years ago. Shoes at the beginning of the 20th century didn't
exactly scream comfort.
Do you feel yourself slouching over more and more, causing an increase
in back pain? Do you find yourself going to a chiropractor on a
weekly basis to rid yourself of pain in the back and neck? There
are several lifestyle habits that can cause these conditions. One
solution to build a perfect posture resulting in less back pain,
without spending thousands of dollars at the doctor or chiropractor
is called MBT athletic shoes.
We hear a lot about the high-tech materials of the future such
as Bucky paper, Graphene Coatings, and Carbon Nano-tubes. However,
when we think of these new high-tech materials we think of things
like hypersonic aircraft, lunar colonies, and lightweight laptops.
Of course, super lightweight materials that are ultra-strong perhaps
even 250 times as strong as steal per weight have more than just
a few uses.
